I don't even want to give a single star. Worst ever service I have received it's been more than 1 hour of my pickup time. I didn't even receive a single call from operator. I was waiting with my luggage clueless at pickup location. Customer support also don't have any information. All the phone number sent by operator was invalid or not reachable or not picking the call. It was ridiculous experience. I would recommend to go with local bus operators rather then this so called "brand".

Bad experience. I booked my ticket from Hyderabad to shirdi for 25.3.24 there days in advance. My ticket was cancelled on the day of travel at 11 am. They didn't take pain to inform me on phone call. Only sms sent. Fortunately I have seen it and called them back and rescheduled my ticket. It is their duty to inform to passenger by calling regarding cancelled bus. And adjust passenger in other bus. Very bad experience.

My recent trip with Orange Bus was marred by delays and discomfort. The bus was 40 minutes late for pickup, resulting in a 2-hour delay at my destination. The air conditioning was ineffective and the bus was dirty, filled with garbage. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
